The E Flaker is the latest option in flaking oats. As effortless as it is to flake oats manually the E Flaker takes it up a notch by offering an electric flaker at an affordable price. The E Flaker will flake 60 grams of oat groats per minute with its stainless steel rollers. These rollers create large flaked oats by simply flattening the oat groats. As other wheats and grains are harder they are more likely to crumble as they go through the rollers rather than creating flakes. The E Flaker is not suitable for oily products such as flax.
Flakers are commonly used for turning oat groats into oat flakes. Oat groats are naturally soft and flatten into flakes. Other grains are harder and may be prone to crumbling. The E Flaker 130 watt motor has the capacity to easily flake oat groats. The output of this flaker is 1/4 cup, 60 grams or 2.1 ozs per minute of fresh flakes. The hopper capacity is 3/4 cup, 200 grams or 7 ozs.
