Description
A useful feature in Komo mills is the ability to grind whole grains from coarse to fine. There may be occasions when you may want lightly crushed or cracked whole grains to cook as cereal or add texture to baked goods. By using the handheld manual COARSE sieve you can extract the flour leaving the larger cracked portion of the grain in the sieve. Composed of 1.5 mm metal mesh surrounded by chipped spruce wood the COARSE sieve is 18 cm in diameter.
