The classic box joinery on the corners of the mill and the slightly larger hopper differentiate the Fidibus Classic from the Fidibus Medium. It grinds 100 g (3.53 oz) of fine flour a minute effortlessly, and with minimal noise. The Fidibus Classic is capable of milling soft grains, hard grains and legumes. As with all of the Komo mills oily, fatty or wet products should not be milled. Sprouted grains should be dry before grinding in Komo mills.
