With maximum efficiency and minimum noise the Komo FIDIBUS XL has a powerful 600 watt motor and a hopper holding over 1200 g of grain, the FIDIBUS XL produces fine flour at twice the speed of the smaller Fidibus models. with it’s 600 watt motor will grind fine flour effortlessly and the beautiful native beech casing with box joinery look great on your countertop.
The FIDIBUS XL is capable of milling soft grains, hard grains and legumes. As with all of the Komo mills oily, fatty or wet products should not be milled. Sprouted grains should be dry before grinding in Komo mills.
