The DUETT 200 delivers freshly milled flour and flaked grain, thanks to its two motors. Both units are enclosed in a beautiful beech wood cabinet. The two motors allow you to grind flour and flake oats at the same time. The DUETT 200 has a 600 watt motor robust enough to mill soft and hard grains, legumes, spices and coffee beans. The mill will grind 200g (7.05 oz) of fine flour a minute effortlessly, and with minimal noise.
As with all of the Komo mills oily, fatty or wet products should not be milled. Sprouted grains should be dry before grinding for flour in the DUETT 100 and dry oats should be placed in the flaking unit.

Its beautiful cabinet, constructed of solid beech wood and furniture grade beech veneer, contains the motors separately, allowing you to grind and flake at the same time. That means you can start the day with delicious fresh flakes for oatmeal, make fine flour at midday for an afternoon cake, and prepare crushed poppy seeds as a topping for both! Also included is a handmade ceramic bowl for the flaker unit, finished with foodsafe glazing.
